3. User Accounts and Registration

Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 48 hours before program start
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs within the first week of program
• No refund after the first week of program commencement
• Refunds for medical emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student of Bilaninnas, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments and assessments as required
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Follow all program guidelines and policies
• Notify us of any schedule changes or conflicts
• Maintain appropriate behavior during classes and online sessions
